Earrings – Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This ensures the highest level of hygiene and safety for all customers.

Clothing Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on clothing items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Important:
Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

Bangles & Bracelets Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
